• PEACE (People Educating And Centering Efforts)  – our youth enrichment program, providing at-risk youth (particularly those in foster care and living in group homes) with life skills workshops and training in advocacy, financial literacy, leadership development, work readiness and career planning.  This program also includes:
  • Young Entrepreneur Spirit (YES) Training Program, assisting young adults with overcoming barriers to gaining/maintaining employment. 
  • Maricopa County Streets of Success Teen Outreach Program –

• PEACE Summer Enrichment Program – designed to increase social and academic literacy as well as cultivate future leaders for Children ages 5 – 13.  RCDC works in partnership with the Arizona Dept of Public Education Summer Food Service Program to provide nutritional meals and information to children and their parents in order to address/reduce childhood obesity. Additionally, we ensure that children are exposed to activities at the Lincoln Family Downtown YMCA that require physical movement including swimming, aerobics, etc.
